How to Know If You're Emotionally Misaligned (And What Realignment Looks Like)

4. Notice What You're Avoiding
Misalignment often shows up as avoidance. What truth are you resisting?

5. Don’t Force It
Realignment is a process. Some days, the most aligned thing you can do is rest.
